The Skin Sanctuary reserves appointment times to ensure you have your desired date and time of treatment.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Any appointment that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled must be done so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Past this time your deposit amount will not be transferable and cannot be used towards any future services.
Your deposit will be transferable in the event the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
A no show/no call will result in full charge of service and possibly being blocked from future appointments.
Three or more cancellations or reschedules can result in being blocked from future appointments.
At The Skin Sanctuary Esthetics we love our clients, a cancellation policy is put in place to support the cost of the small business when last minute unexpected changes arise. We understand that emergencies do happen, therefore exceptions may apply.
